Leading with passion and collaboration, the team will work across the US enterprise to embed I&B into the fabric of our culture and business. As the Inclusion and Belonging Operations and Project Manager, you will provide critical operational expertise and support to the US Inclusion & Belonging team. You will manage budgets, drive data-driven insights, oversee projects, and ensure alignment with our strategic I&B objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (I&B experience preferred).
  • Proven success in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the US I&B budget, and manage budgets for the Impact Networks (INs) and DNA Groups.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and controls.
  • Monitor expenditures, providing reports and analysis to the Head, I&B US.
  • Provide operational support for the US Inclusion & Belonging team by managing logistics, vendors, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain efficient operational processes and workflows.
  • Assist with the management of the US I&B activities portfolio, ensuring alignment with priorities and optimal resource use.
  • Collaborate across teams to report key metrics for decision-making.
  • Consolidate information to track performance and identify gaps/opportunities.
  • Ensure reporting compliance and support strategies through research-based analysis and recommendations.
  • Support US I&B strategic projects: plan, execute, and monitor initiatives; coordinate teams; track progress; and manage risks.
