FanDuel is looking for an Inclusion Associate to support the development and delivery of initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and culture across the organization. This role is a key member of the Inclusion team, helping bring programs and experiences to life — from supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and events to coordinating initiatives and tracking impact. Reporting into the Inclusion function, this role partners closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure inclusion efforts are well-executed, organized, and impactful. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about culture and inclusion and eager to grow their experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
