Incident Manager Specialist Position Summary The Incident Management (IM) specialist is responsible for managing and resolving critical IT incidents that impact business operations for all Accruent products. This role ensures rapid restoration of services, coordinates technical teams, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle. Post-Incident restoral, the Incident Management Specialist will help drive root cause investigations, identifying preventative measures to prevent a recurrence or mitigate any residual risk which may exist alongside our Problem Manager. IM Specialist will be instrumental providing input into processes and planning that drive internal operational improvements. THIS ROLE WILL WORK 6:00 am - 2:00 pm CST / 7:00 am - 3:00 pm EST IN ADDITION TO ROTATING ON-CALL SHIFTS
