Responsibilities include participating in and/or leading regular and ad hoc incident management meetings with incident relevant staff, participating in and/or conducting Learning Reviews (post-mortem meetings), and participating in incident calls. The Incident Management Associate is also responsible for creating incident records, maintaining and monitoring such records, and drafting internal incident management-related communications. The Incident Management Associate applies entry level project management skills to decompose, assign, and track to completion post-incident work items. The Incident Management Associate also is responsible for follow up on action items resulting from learning reviews and for updating internal documents as necessary. A successful Incident Management Associate will be skilled in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced, multi-faceted technical environment. The Incident Management Associate will often require supervisory support and/or support from their peers in conducting their day-to-day responsibilities.
