About The Position

Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Incentive Sourcing Specialist on our Incentive Trips & Travel team in Irvine, CA. This position is responsible, with limited oversight and direction, for destination research from inception to completion, research findings overview presentations, and contracting with partner vendors, ensuring a high-quality experience that aligns with company standards and expectations contributing to the success of creating once-in-a-lifetime, memorable experiences on In-N-Out Burger's Incentive Trips. This position requires critical thinking, decision making, analytical research, written and oral comprehension and the ability to organize and prioritize.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, or hospitality preferred.
  • 3-4 years of related experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Cvent, Communications, and Project Management Software desired.
  • Strong decision making, critical thinking, problem solving, coordination, research, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze up and coming destinations, hotels, venues, DMCs, and more with guidance and direction from leads/supervisor and senior team members.
  • Conduct thoughtful and thorough research on Incentive trip destinations, local partners, and key information on various locations to the taste of the organization.
  • Create and maintain detailed proposals and refined presentations, offering a detailed overview of research findings to pitch the details of these findings to leadership.
  • RFP and coordinate vendor contracts and work with in-house Legal team and event planners on each phase of contract reviews/edits until version mutually agreed upon and signed.
  • Manage event vendor expenses to ensure they fall within defined budget constraints, regularly checking in with the event planners to ensure all costs are accounted for.
  • Provide pre-event support for company events as needed.
  • Manage internal partners for events.
