As an Incentive Programs Coordinator at UPMC Health Plan, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Primary Care Physician Incentive Programs—helping providers deliver high-quality care while driving quality performance across our network. As the Incentive Programs Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal teams and provider offices regularly through Microsoft Teams, email, and phone to support program education and engagement. In this role, you’ll become a subject matter expert in our incentive programs, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and insights to both internal provider-facing teams and, when appropriate, directly to network providers and their staff. You’ll help drive continuous improvement by reporting on key metrics, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid full-time role, with travel to our downtown Pittsburgh office required 3 days per week. Additional in office or travel may be needed based on business needs.
