About The Position

Handles all the data entry functions of the PACE incentive system that include, but are not limited to, the input of time standards, associate time and functions performed, paid time off and quality audit data. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of management reports, associate incentive pay and transfer of information over to payroll department. Performs additional duties, including assisting in the collection of data and verification of the quality performance of associates, departments and the adherence to service standards in the functions of the DC’s operations, which are used as components in the calculation of weekly incentive pay for the DC associates. Adheres to all J.Jill safety standards.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills and/or prior experience.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adjust to workflow and operational changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with PkMS warehouse systems is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform random quality audits to validate adherence to service standards, adjusting audit schedules based on workflow changes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of audits, including errors, warnings, and FYIs at both associate and department levels.
  • Document discrepancies related to service standards and communicate findings promptly to department management team.
  • Assist in compiling and distributing weekly incentive program performance reports for associates and departments.
  • Support the Incentive Program Administrator with data entry, including timekeeping, job functions, and quality audit data.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to department management team as needed.
