The Incentive Compensation Administration Liaison position is a critical role within the Incentive Compensation Administration Group at KeyBank, located in Brooklyn, Ohio. This position is responsible for administering incentive compensation plans for various lines of business, ensuring compliance with risk policies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves a variety of tasks including the completion of risk and compliance-related reviews and documentation, as well as the development and validation of data processes that support product, channel, incentive compensation, and client profitability reporting and analysis. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to plan policies while processing incentive data and payments. You will validate reporting within the incentive compensation infrastructure, researching and documenting any anomalies while ensuring compliance with risk policies. Continuous improvement of production validation and other processes is a key focus, as is working closely with technical staff to translate client requirements into technical specifications. Participation in the testing and implementation of projects is also a significant aspect of this position, along with the development and documentation of business requirements and work products.
