EmployIndy is the workforce development board for Marion County, connecting job seekers with employers and driving economic growth in the Indianapolis region. With deep expertise in youth apprenticeship and workforce development, EmployIndy has been engaged by partners to serve as the Community of Practice convener for the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP) initiative. In this role, EmployIndy works in partnership with Industry Talent Associations (ITAs), the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, and Regional INCAP Connectors to support the implementation of high-quality youth apprenticeship programs that prepare Indiana's students for successful careers. Reporting to Director, Apprenticeships, this position manages the INCAP Connector Community of Practice, providing central coordination and support for Regional INCAP Connectors as they implement youth apprenticeship programs across Indiana. The Manager creates the infrastructure and collaborative spaces that enable Connectors to excel by designing and facilitating Community of Practice gatherings, developing implementation resources, maintaining communication channels, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and providing targeted support for emerging challenges. This role requires strong facilitation skills, relationship management, project coordination, and the ability to translate complex implementation challenges into actionable support strategies. This is a grant-funded position starting in early 2026 that extends to early 2028.
