CentraCare is hiring an Inboxologist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). As an Inboxologist, you are on the front lines of medicine, helping to support providers at CentraCare with Epic Inbasket management. This role is crucial in ensuring that Family Medicine providers in the Central Region receive timely support when they are unavailable for coverage due to vacation, sick leave, or other specified reasons. The Inboxologist will be responsible for the timely management of Inbasket functions, which includes reviewing medical records and addressing clinical needs as appropriate. In this position, you will respond to patient questions, handle refill requests, review and resolve test results, order tests, and document all interactions in the medical record. Additionally, the Inboxologist will be responsible for seeing five to six synchronous patients per day via video visits. This role offers flexibility, as it is open to both part-time and full-time schedules, allowing for remote work during Monday through Friday day clinic hours. Importantly, there are no evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts required, making it an ideal position for those seeking a balanced work-life schedule.
