Responsibilities

• Actively monitor shipment and verify delivery of all shipments.
• Perform data entry upon delivery.
• Keep related parties notified of all shipment problems and work to resolve issues.
• Inform other parties promptly about problems associated with shipments and customer dissatisfaction.
• Communicate with shipping lines, truckers, freight receivers, and internal parties including supply chain planners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
