About The Position

You’ll run a 20-rep sales pod that turns inbound demand into booked appointments, tire sales, and revenue. If you’re outgoing, urgent-minded, and lightning-fast on a computer—and you love winning through people—this is your platform to build a powerhouse team and accelerate into multi-pod leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading inbound sales/call center teams (10+ reps; 20+ preferred).
  • Proven lift in conversion, tire/service sales, and revenue/hour through coaching.
  • Fast on computers—CRM/telephony, Google Workspace, multi-tabbing—with accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive background is a plus; not required. We’ll get you fluent in tire categories and brand positionings quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Hit and lift team KPIs: weekly conversion%, tire units, appointments/hour, revenue/hour, show rate, and QA.
  • Coach in the moment: whisper/barge, live call reviews, rapid objection handling, and clear next steps on every call.
  • Train to sell with authority: tire sizing/ratings, brand positioning, BBTA value story, two-option close, and price framing that sticks.
  • Drive speed & accuracy: enforce CRM hygiene, precise quoting, tight dispositions, fast follow-ups/recalls to close.
  • Run the floor: queue triage, schedule adherence, daily huddles, role-plays, and end-of-day leaderboard wins.
  • Partner with the field: coordinate with 300+ stores to fill bays, align promos, and remove friction so bookings show and install.
  • Hire & ramp: interview, onboard, and ramp new reps to target in 30–45 days with structured plans and checkpoints.
