About The Position

At Green Street, our mission is to empower the real assets industry. Green Street delivers next-generation intelligence with predictive analytics, proprietary data, independent research and breaking news across the commercial real estate and infrastructure sectors. As a Newport Beach based Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll take ownership of our inbound sales engine and help build pipeline via the prospects and clients who inquire about our products and services.

Requirements

  • You’ve done some selling in the past or have the ability and desire to become great at finance/software sales
  • You strive for excellence, you find ways to overachieve, keep improving and challenge yourself
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
  • Basic understanding of the financial and investing sectors
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on call and email campaign strategies to qualify inbound sales-ready leads
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the Green Street product offerings, and the companies and prospects who would use them
  • Hold qualification calls with the leads that are assigned to you
  • Build and manage an extensive lead pipeline, hitting on-time activities
  • Consistently achieve inbound qualified meeting goals as well as other daily KPIs
  • Research accounts and key prospects, generate interest, and develop relationships to stimulate opportunity
