Requirements

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A natural self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Fintech, Financial Services or the Software industry.
• Direct experience in Payments, Merchant Services.
• A background working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with financial services or 'high-risk' merchant accounts.
• Experience in lead qualification and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new merchants and get them up and running quickly.
• Be the first point of contact and trusted advisor for new clients.
• Use various communication tools to connect with new leads within three minutes.
• Guide merchants through the application process, managing expectations and collecting necessary documents.
• Analyze key documents to ensure applications are complete and secure.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Hubspot).
