Requirements

• Knowledge of principles and methods to show, promote, and sell products or services
• Strong background with computers through previous work experience or education
• High-level active listening and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent critical thinking and customer service skills
• Salesforce experience, preferred
• 2-years of sales experience, preferred; phone sales experience in a call center environment a plus
• Education: 4-year degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
• Language: English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads to further sales and develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with all Diesel Laptop’s products and services
• Collect, load, and maintain records of sales and customer info using CRM software
• Schedule and complete daily tasks, maintaining communication with clients/prospects
• Understand and execute all company and departmental standard operating procedures
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Self-assess and self-improve sales skills to increase personal success (KAIZEN)
