About The Position

Established, fast-growing, veteran-owned home services company serving Central Kentucky is hiring a full-time Lead Management Specialist. We are a small team with a positive culture. This is an inbound sales role — no cold calling. You will manage incoming leads, respond quickly, build rapport, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a direct role in helping Kentucky homeowners lower energy bills and make their homes more comfortable. If you are organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance, this role has strong growth potential.

Requirements

  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who takes ownership
  • Comfortable using CRM and browser-based systems
  • Sales-minded (you enjoy guiding conversations toward a decision)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or call center work is a plus — but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound web leads and phone inquiries (no cold calls)
  • Respond quickly using phone, text, and email
  • Build rapport and qualify homeowners
  • Set high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Revisit older estimates and re-engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate data inside our CRM
  • Ensure every lead is followed up on — no missed opportunities
