About The Position

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking information about our products/services or making purchases over the phone. You will handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, actively engaging customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by converting incoming inquiries into successful transactions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an in-office position (No remote or work at home positions available for this role). You will be required to complete training and continue to work in the office premises located at eClerx, 235 North McPherson Church Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. Pay rate during training period will be $11.25/hr. Post successful completion of training period, pay rate is $13.25/hr (if you work full 40 hour schedule) plus sales incentives. If you are unable to complete 40 hour schedule, then pay rate will be $12.25/hr plus sales incentive. Requirements

  • Previous experience in inbound sales, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Willing to answer calls from customers and resolve their queries
  • Willing to work in different shifts , late nights & on weekends.

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and confidently articulate their features and benefits
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close deals
  • Handle objections and address customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the system accurately
