About The Position
Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission. Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence. Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families. Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs. Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
