About The Position

We are looking for motivated individuals who strive to deliver industry leading customer service and who can assist customers over the phone with selecting the right products to build their dream cars or enhance their daily drivers. Phone Sales Agents sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs. There is no outbound/cold calling involved, and we are not high-pressure sales! Applicants must have a genuine automotive interest, a high level of attention to detail, capability to deliver exceptional service, and a knack for problem-solving. While not a necessity, any experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry is highly desired and should be noted on your application. Candidates must reside in Texas. We’re looking for individuals with a strong interest or background in the automotive industry. If you have a genuine passion for cars and enjoy sharing that knowledge while delivering excellent customer service, this is the place for you. Even if your experience is more hands-on than behind a counter, our 8-week paid training program will give you the tools and support to confidently help customers find exactly what they need. This position allows you to WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME while helping other auto enthusiasts just like yourself!

Requirements

• High-speed cable internet connection (25mbs minimum).
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
