Inbound Phone Sales – Automotive Parts – Texas
About The Position

Phone Sales Agents sell products, offer upsells, and cross-sells products to match the customer’s needs. There is no outbound/cold calling involved, and we are not high-pressure sales! Applicants must have a genuine automotive interest, a high level of attention to detail, capability to deliver exceptional service, and a knack for problem-solving. While not a necessity, any experience as an automotive hobbyist or prior careers within the automotive industry is highly desired and should be noted on your application. Inbound Phone Sales –Applicants should possess an interest in the automotive industry, but knowledge and experience are not required. All you need to bring to the table is a willingness to learn, and a passion for excellent customer service…we provide the rest! We offer an 8-week paid training program that will provide you with everything you will need to help get our customers what they need. This position allows you to WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME while helping other auto enthusiasts just like yourself!
Requirements
- Must reside in Texas
- Genuine automotive interest
- High level of attention to detail

- High speed cable internet (25mbs minimum (No DSL))
- A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in your house to work from
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
- Ability to communicate clearly both with internal and external customers
- Willingness to “go to work” for our customers
