  • Enter service authorizations accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform non-medical research related to the establishment, maintenance, and closure of open cases.
  • Provide support services to team members in researching information and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation that meets risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Protect the confidentiality of member information and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality.
  • Assist in the research and resolution of claims payment issues as needed.
  • Ability to type, problem solve, critically think, and communicate effectively.
  • Must be a resident of the State of Illinois with a valid Illinois driver's license.
  • High School Degree/GED or equivalent experience.
