Requirements

  • Prior call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
