About The Position

Conduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 40 people. The Inbound Mailroom Team handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted, scanned, and processed. As an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day management of inbound mailroom
• Responsible for processing of specialized PO boxes
• Oversee and manage team attendance/absences
• Maintain order in the workroom
• Be ready to work hands on to meet deadlines
• Assist with hiring new team members
• Driving company vehicle if needed
• Responsible for other tasks as assigned
