Requirements

• College degree, preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of North American Transportation Industry
• Effective communication with carriers and internal teams
• Negotiation Skills

Nice To Haves

• Intermediate Microsoft application skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly with a diverse range of team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Track and trace direct shipments from producers to the customers
• Report and update ETAs for direct containers on tracking spreadsheet, inform sales team and credit department of new containers
• Meet the management Plan $ sales, unite sales and profit objectives
• Manually delete and recreate PO’s and shipping notifications for diverted containers
• Pursue inquiries from the warehouses when containers do not appear to be in the system
