About The Position

HGR24 Inc is a value based, leading reseller of used industrial surplus and manufacturing equipment. We are currently recruiting an Inbound Logistics Coordinator. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the routing of inbound trucks in coordination with Buyers, Vendors and Operations. This includes pickup and delivery information, loading time, directions for locations, freight information and proper loading information. Requirements

• Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision making to analyze problems, implement appropriate solutions and build solid partnerships.
• Be highly detail oriented and function well as a multi-tasker
• Oversee and analyze inbound truckload shipments
• Utilize multiple modes of transportation with ability to negotiate rates and service commitments

• Effectively interact with individuals at all levels within and outside the company
• Proficiently communicate via email, voice, text and other forms of communication
