About The Position

The Inbound Lead at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to inbound processes, including unloading, receiving, and putaways. This role involves training and leading warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and maintaining operational standards. The Inbound Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring that materials are received in good condition and that discrepancies are reported accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in warehouse management.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to quickly learn and gain knowledge with local WMS.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with NCR processes.
• Knowledge of 6S standards and their implementation.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and MHE certification is a plus.
• Prior training related to position is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations from unloading to receiving, putaways, and NCRs are completed.
• Assist the department supervisor in meeting all required KPIs.
• Collaborate with inbound associates to ensure correct material receipt and condition.
• Report any discrepancies by creating an NCR.
• Ensure all received material is put away correctly, both physically and systematically, at the end of the day.
• Maintain Hellmann's 6S standards.
