As an Inbound Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our inventory is received and stocked efficiently. This full-time position requires you to work Monday through Friday, with specific hours that allow for a structured workweek. Your primary responsibilities will include various inbound activities such as parcel and freight receiving, small parts receiving, and inventory stocking. You will also assist with outbound duties when necessary, contributing to our commitment to same-day service and operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading trailers, routing shipments, inspecting packages, and ensuring that all items are accurately received into our system. You will need to maintain organization within the distribution center and complete administrative tasks related to your daily duties. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors will be essential in maintaining our high standards of safety, accuracy, and production. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented but also possesses strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, as you will be working closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
