As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, solving their issues, and meeting their needs. Working for a regional health plan, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and responding to telephone inquiries from service providers (doctor's offices, hospitals, labs) inquiring about claims status. The CSR is required to provide claim status, update notes and answer any other pertinent questions.
