Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues and create an outstanding service experience for GE Appliance consumers.
  • Take ownership in resolving customer concerns, capturing all relevant facts, and following outlined steps to resolve issues.
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns and close cases successfully.
  • Find creative solutions that benefit both customers and GE Appliances when negotiating concessions.
  • Interact and coordinate with necessary stakeholders to resolve consumer issues effectively.
  • Gather information from various resources and present concerns with suggested resolutions to management.
  • Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure.
  • Meet work schedule demands with compliance and integrity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
  • Minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while managing multiple online applications
