Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners with a focus on sales and service inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, registration support, and service inquiries.
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals.
• Create, update, and retrieve owner records for logging complaints and resolutions.
• Provide feedback to Quality and Training to improve training processes and materials.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
