  • Create, update, and retrieve owner records for logging complaints and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback to Quality and Training to improve training processes and materials.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Strong initiative and ability to follow through to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions regarding escalated owner matters.
  • High degree of concentration and attention to detail in managing daily activities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
  • Familiarity with web-based systems for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
  • Experience navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
