As a Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Agent - Bodewell (remote) with ASI/GE Appliances, you will play a crucial role in providing direct support to GE Appliances Owners in both English and Spanish. Your primary focus will be on sales and service, where you will assist customers with product information, registration support, and inquiries related to service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations. You will be responsible for resolving owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and providing minor concessions. This position will also involve limited support for Non-GE Appliance branded appliance owners. The role requires a commitment to a 9-week full-time training program, which takes place Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 6:45 PM (CST). Attendance is mandatory, and no absences are permitted during this training period. After training, you will work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, maintaining the same hours with Thursdays and weekends off. This structured schedule is designed to ensure continuity and efficiency in your work. In this position, you will utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive owner-focused solutions for customer issues. You will receive incoming calls, emails, chats, or written inquiries and provide answers related to product information, service, pre & post-purchase, and sales of parts and services. You will also be responsible for creating, updating, and retrieving owner records, providing feedback to Quality and Training, and adhering to safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
