About The Position

A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed. This role involves coordinating various warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and stock management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role works closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure that operational goals are met while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies. Our supply chain at UNFI is focused on providing superior service, quality and efficiency, improving every day to meet our customers' unique needs.

Requirements

• 1-3 months of related work experience; prior warehouse clerical experience is preferred
• 10 key skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, warehouse environment and office setting
• Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel

Responsibilities

• Preparing receiving paperwork for the product to be checked in
• Check trucks in if needed/online receiving of purchase orders
• Preparing store invoices and billing of store deliveries
• Providing customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors
• General clerical duties
