About The Position

The Inbound Contacts Representative 1 serves as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries through various communication channels. This role involves performing administrative and customer support tasks, primarily focused on resolving customer issues related to specialty medications and benefits. The representative works under close supervision, adhering to established policies and guidelines while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Must live in one of the specified states (FL, IN, OH, TN, TX, MO, AZ, NM, NC).
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries from customers.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and operational tasks.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, or complaints, and take appropriate action.
• Escalate unresolved customer grievances as necessary.
• Manage scheduling of specialty medication deliveries to members' homes or medical offices.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to provide seamless assistance to members.
• De-escalate calls and handle member interactions with professionalism.
