About The Position

MarketStar is looking for Inbound Chat Sales Representatives to join us in our Pandora team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building the Pandora brand, creating a great first impression, and building momentum for Inside Sales Reps and the company. An Inbound Chat Sales Representative is responsible for handling the needs of inbound customers through a live chat creating positive outcomes for our customers and clients.

Requirements

• General sales experience
• Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
• Prior experience responding to customer’s requests for sales and service ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience by responding in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner at all times
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com

Nice To Haves

• Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment

Responsibilities

• Adhering to coverage schedule and taking up to 3 chats at a time
• Asking good discovery questions to uncover use-case information and potential sales opportunities
• Assisting customers with general questions and support issues
• Creating opportunities in Salesforce and passing to internal sales representatives
• Other applicable duties as assigned.
