The Customer Service Representative role at Aston Carter involves providing support to drivers across the country in a fast-paced call center environment. The representative will utilize two-way audio and video communication to assist with truck specifications, coordinate updates, and manage gate operations at warehouses and distribution centers. Attention to detail and strong technical skills are essential for success in this position.

  • Support drivers using two-way audio and video communication
  • Verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and trailers
  • Coordinate and communicate updates with all parties involved in warehouse and distribution center operations
  • Manage gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on their tasks
  • Communicate clearly with approximately 150 drivers daily via phone calls at our call center in Tempe, AZ
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
  • Quick learning capability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • One year or more of high-volume customer support experience (call center preferred)
  • Experience in retail customer service
