Walk‑In Career Event – Inbound Sales Date: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: 1800 Metrocenter Blvd, Orlando, FL 32835 Hilton Grand Vacations is hosting a Walk‑In Career Event for our Inbound Sales team. At Hilton Grand Vacations, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our Inbound Sales team as Agent Call Transfers. This role is perfect for those with a knack for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. As an Agent Call Transfer, you'll be the first point of contact for guests who have been transferred calls from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages. Your primary goal will be to engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Proven sales experience or a track record of success in a sales-focused role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Open availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
