About The Position

Vibe is building the Google Ads of Streaming, making TV advertising accessible to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the U.S. Our mission is to become the infrastructural backbone of the streaming advertising industry by creating a more efficient & transparent marketplace than the current standard. Founded in 2022 by two repeat entrepreneurs and adtech veterans, Arthur Querou (ex-YCombinator) & Franck Tetzlaff (Doctolib Founder - $6B valuation e-health scaleup), Vibe has already achieved: 5,000+ clients onboarded, $47M revenue in 2024, 1B+ ad impressions on TV. In 2025, we’re targeting $100M revenue. Our ultimate goal is to help 1,000,000 businesses advertise on TV.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally selling into eCommerce and brand marketers; CTV and AdTech experience is a strong plus
  • Experience selling to or working closely with eCommerce or D2C brands, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving sales cycles
  • Persuasive communicator who can quickly build credibility with prospects
  • Resourceful and comfortable operating without a perfect playbook

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound sales funnel from first call to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities, maximizing conversion rates and revenue impact
  • Build trust quickly with prospects, uncovering needs and aligning them to Vibe’s solutions
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of client accounts through strategic campaign recommendations
  • Share client and market feedback with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve our sales playbook and solutions
  • Leverage inbound demand and marketing programs to maximize pipeline efficiency and close rates
