As an In-Suite Dining Coordinator, you will be a hospitality ambassador that will connect our guests to the delectable cuisine inspired by our diverse culture and island home. Your detailed knowledge, colorful descriptions of our offerings and impeccable service will help us showcase our passion and accomplish our mission of turning moments into memories.

  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Take In-Suite Dining orders or Amenity Requests by phone, making thoughtful recommendations on menu items, describing preparation and communicating guest's delivery options and process
  • Perform clerical duties such as keeping accurate records of funds received
  • Perform opening, closing, side work duties, including completing cashier forms and ensuring register totals and register receipts match
  • Retain next day operating funds from daily receipts
  • Assist In-Suite Dining servers with tray set up and amenity set up during down time
  • Accurately process credit card/room charge payments; assist in locating and reconciling posting errors
  • Actively participate in monthly departmental sales promotions
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
  • Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail functions
  • Must be familiar with wines and alcoholic beverages
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • One year work experience in customer service is an asset
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable
  • TB Clearance
  • Food Safety Certification or ServSafe Certification
