About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting high-quality products for online shoppers. Success in this role requires taking pride in your work, carefully choosing items for customers, and being quick to identify and select substitute products when necessary. The In-Store Shopper also assists in-store customers. Additionally, when online order volume is low, you will have opportunities to gain experience and growth by assisting in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Select "the best of the best" for online shoppers
• Determine substitute products, if need be
• Help online customers
• Help customers in the store
• Spend time helping in other departments when online orders are slow
