In-Store Shopper
About The Position
As an In-Store Shopper, you will have the opportunity to select the best products for online shoppers. Success in this role requires taking pride in your work, caring about the products chosen for customers, and being quick to determine substitute products if needed. The In-Store Shopper also assists customers within the store. When online orders are slow, you will gain additional experience by helping in other departments, providing learning and growth opportunities. The company values friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy offering an exceptional shopping experience and providing world-class customer service daily.

- Select “the best of the best” for online shoppers
- Be quick on your feet to determine substitute products, if need be
- Help online customers
- Help customers in our store
- Spend time helping in other departments when online orders are slow
