About The Position
As an In-Store Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting high-quality products for online shoppers. Success in this role requires taking pride in your work, caring about customer selections, and being quick to identify substitute products when necessary. The In-Store Shopper assists both online and in-store customers. There are also opportunities for learning and growth by helping in other departments during slower periods for online orders.

- Select “the best of the best” for online shoppers
- Determine substitute products, if need be
- Help online customers
- Help in-store customers
- Spend time helping in other departments when online orders are slow
