About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper at Whole Foods Market, you will be part of the Store Support team, responsible for fulfilling Prime Now customer orders. This role involves shopping for a variety of products throughout the store and preparing them for delivery or pickup. The position requires a flexible schedule, particularly on weekends and holidays, to meet customer demands.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) devices to fulfill orders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product and order accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for at least 6 hours.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Prime Now customer orders by preparing items for delivery and/or pickup.
• Shop throughout the store for everyday goods including food and household items.
• Fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain an organized staging area free of clutter.
• Work in other departments of the store as required, such as customer service and cashier.
