Our Event and Retail Sales Specialists typically earn between $50,000 and $60,000 annually , with top performers exceeding $80,000 per year through a combination of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives. Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel locally for events and retail campaigns
  • Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday hours available
