About The Position

American Home Design is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives in Knoxville area for weekends only. Are you outgoing and energetic? Do you enjoy talking to people face-to-face? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped bonus opportunity? If so, this position will be a great fit for you! Our salespeople work inside the local Home Depot store and promote our water products by conducting a brief water survey with shoppers. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store sales representatives are making over $30/hour!

Requirements

• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4-hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet
• Meet and exceed hourly survey expectations
