About The Position
Pay: $20 per hour + commissionEarning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commissionSchedule: Friday-Sunday onlyLocation: Stafford, VA (Must be available to work at store locations throughout Northern VA) Part-time opportunities available -Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday between the hours of 9am-7pm -Willing to travel to different locations within the district Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check

Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
- Schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors, or sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups if the customer has a newer system that just needs a little touch from the pros at ARS.
