About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with shifts typically from Thursday through Sunday, between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Weekly in-office meetings are required.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift.
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
