About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour plus commission, with earning potential averaging between $20 to $30 per hour. The schedule is from Thursday to Monday, and the position is located in Hanies City, FL.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
