About The Position

This position offers a part-time schedule with weekends required, located in Dundalk, MD. You will be compensated at a rate of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission, with an earning potential of $20 - $30/hour on average with commission. We provide weekly pay via direct deposit, commission on top of the hourly rate, and paid training — no HVAC experience required. There is also a career path into Sales Advisor roles.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
