About The Position

The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full time In-Store Loss Prevention Officer to help protect our stores. Must have previous loss prevention, security, law enforcement, or military experience! Why Should You Apply? As a Loss Prevention Officer in our stores, your primary focus is to provide protection to customers, employees, and property by patrolling and maintaining a visible presence in order to deter potential threats and suspicious activity, responding to security incidents, upholding Company policies and procedures, and greeting customers. Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Starting hourly wage - $24.00 - $25.00 an hour

Requirements

At Least Two (2) Years Previous Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Law Enforcement, or Military
Motor Vehicle Record Check
Independent Local Travel
Background Check
Ability to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing/Walking
Strong Communication Skills
Must Have Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation Skills
Able to Identify Suspicious Behavior
