About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 professionals and more than 45 years of trusted home service. This role involves working inside a national retail home improvement store, engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. The primary goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors. Paid training is provided, and no prior HVAC experience is required. There is a clear career path into Sales Advisor roles.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check
